Thanks for providing an updated patch.  Turns out some of the problems I was 
seeing were because I needed to apply GERONIMO-2378 first.  After applying that 
patch and the updated patch attached to this JIRA things look good now.  The 
only remaining item is that the internal form names are still used in the 
validation popups instead of the display names, but that is not a huge deal.
