HttpComponent can not be deployed as managed!

At present, HttpComponent does not work in connection with HttpManagedServlet.
On the other hand, HttpSpringComponent, which does work with
HttpManagedServlet, does not
allow for JBI style deployment. HttpComponent should be extended so that it can
be configured as
managed in an easy way.
