The new JPA spec build relies on 1.2-SNAPSHOT of the spec, which is
not published anywhere. This broke Cayenne build, so we had to switch
to a previous build of the spec done against jee5_exp_specs/1.0-
SNAPSHOT. Not a big deal, but I though I'd mention. Maybe we need to
start publishing 1.2-SNAPSHOT artifacts?
