The geronimo-clustering-wadi module depends on geronimo-jetty. This dependency
can be dropped by moving WADIClusteredHandleInterceptor to another module, say
geronimo-jetty-clustering-wadi. This refactoring allows the integration with
geronimo-jetty6.
