The connector ResourceAdapterModule gbean has a reference to the J2eeServer
jsr-77 gbean that is in the j2ee-server module. Thus the connector-deployer
should install a dependency to j2ee-server through its default-environment
merging. Right now we don't see this because the system-database module
includes an explicit dependency on j2ee-server as it should not do.
