Provide some way to use jpa with container managed persistence while we figure
out the spec deployment details.
An implementation is in sandbox/javaee5. You set up a PersistenceUnitGBean in
your app plan and use persistence-context-refs in your app jndi descriptions
(in the geronimo plan, not the spec dd)
