Simplify classloader definition for xbean based SU

In 3.0, you can create a classloader for an xbean based SU by adding a
<classpath /> tag inside the xbean.xml
This is great, but need to be done manually.
So the xbean SU should
1) classpath tag in xbean.xml
2) classpath.xml in the root of the SU
3) SU folder + lib/*.jar
