The current default group communication implementation is ActiveCluster over
AMQ. It seems that the way WADI is leveraging the ActiveCluster API is wrong
somewhere as WADI randomly fails when a node is joining the cluster.
So far, it seems that the WADI implementation over Tribes is reliable; hence,
this move.
