Plugin enhancement to allow the download of a Zip/Jar bundle and extraction to
a filesystem location besides /repository.
Example uses:
1) Download a Docs zipfile bundle and extract it to GERONIMO_HOME/docs
2) Download a Samples zipfile bundle and extract it to GERONIMO_HOME/samples
3) Download Java Service Wrapper and extract it to GERONIMO_HOME/jsw
4) Download PHP and extract it to GERONIMO_HOME/php
