I changed it to false. I would rather add a configuration property so people
can explicitly turn this feature on and off. I don't like things buried in
.xml files as they are a PITA to change.
Also, many people don't use JMS so I'd prefer to the leave the defaults to what
80%+ of the people are interested in.
