we need to update the jacc specs to support 1.1/MR4. From my reading of the
specs so far the only changes in the spec classes is to support http extension
methods and support http method exclusion lists.
I'm going to start with a name of geronimo-jacc_1.1_spec, leaving out the no
longer appropriate "j2ee". If people want a "jee" in there, we can change it.
I'm also starting with a version of 1.1-SNAPSHOT and hope jason or someone will
correct me if I'm wrong on that.
