Migrating sandbox/javaee5 to trunk

I started updating the javaee5 stuff to build again after the changes  
to the car-maven-plugin but have not yet succeeded. After I get it to  
build a working server I'll move the rest of the new modules to trunk  
(jpa stuff has already been copied)
