Roughly speaking, how compatible are apps with 1.1.1 plans deployed
to 1.2? Are they not compatible, mostly compatible, or have minimal
compatible? Will the incompatibles be release noted? I'm trying to
add support for tooling to 1.2 and wanted to know if I could get away
with generating plans based on the 1.1.1 schemas.
