Last few times I checked it took 10-15 minutes for the last step to
complete (or to finish the /www/geronimo.* tree at least).

As far as schemas for maintenance release, I would hope there

the previous <=1.1.1 schema on the web site.

for 1.1.1 I'm guessing there are no changes, how about for 1.2
