A recent OpenJPA change (see https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OPENJPA-235)
can cause foreign key violations in CMP. May be that we (CMP) need to provide
OpenJPA information about foreign keys. We can, however, avoid the problem by
specifying OpenJPA to maintain operation-order. This is what I intend to do, in
the short-term...
