Fix Version/s: 2.0-M7
Added the ability to have LifecycleListeners.
Added LifecycleListenerGBean.
Added LifecycleListenerChain to the Container, Engine, Host, and Context.
Chain works in a similar fashion as a ValveChain.
For the geronimo-web.xml, there is a new parameter called <listener-chain>
which also works just like the <valve-chain>
