more tolerant ant tasks

stop, shutdown, undeploy tasks fail if the component/service assembly doesn't
exist in servicemix. In many case scripts tend to reset the situation by
undeploying everything and then redeploy what is necessary without knowing what
is effectively deployed. So a task that doesn't fail but just print a error
massage would be useful in this case.
