Patch does the following:
enables the default view querying the list of servers in the database to get
current status of snapshot thread, as well as up status.
enables start/stop thread functionality on each server in the list from within
the portlet. (will be fully functional once a bug is resolved on the server
component of the monitoring plugin)
Significant UI improvements in both default view and 'view' view.
