This patch provides this functionality, tested and is good.
After patch is applied, the following must be done to add two new files
svn add client/client-war/src/main/webapp/WEB-INF/view/monitoringAddServer.jsp
svn add client/client-war/src/main/webapp/WEB-INF/view/monitoringEditServer.jsp
