For now, I have marked UPCredentialLoginModule as deprecated. We will remove
the class from the codebase after the next release.
Completed: At revision: 599796
o Marked UPCredentialLoginModule as deprecated.
o Replaced the only reference to UPCredentialLoginModule in
ConfigurationEntryTest with GeronimoPasswordCredentialLoginModule.
