rev 601152 implements "pack up a server" and uses it from car-maven-plugin and
from gshell. Console not done yet.
This includes a bunch of hacks such as using versions on all plugin
dependencies. One way to solve this and a lot of similar problems would be to
improve plugin repo handling by implementing several "source plugin repo" for
file system repos (don't need maven metadata since they are listable) and
(remote) http urls that can be expected to have maven metadata xml.
