In config-substitutions.properties COSSunNamingPort, ORBSunPort,
ORBSunSSLPort, HTTPPortSecondary, HTTPSPortSecondary, AJPPortSecondary are
unused and becomes misleading at times on how to use these ports. Since these
ports are not being used in AG, it will be better to remove them from
config-substitutions.properties.
