The schemas for geronimo 2.0+ are described here:
http://geronimo.apache.org/apache-geronimo-v20-xml-schemas.html
i.e. you need http://geronimo.apache.org/xml/ns/j2ee/application-2.0.
Please feel free to update the information in the samples :)
