Server assembly is not respecting version specified in pom

I noticed that if I get geronimo-jsp_2.1_spec-1.0.1-SNAPSHOT into my local repo
it shows up in the server instead of the 1.0 version specified in the (root)
pom. Apparently filtering the local maven repo to show only stuff specified in
the pom is not working correctly.
