I don't understand why this would be a good or even meaningful idea. How would
we export such a plugin?
Note that just about anything can now (2.1) be extracted from a plugin and put
anywhere in the server, based either on the geronimo home or server home. Does
this do enough of what you want? This feature is used extensively in
assembling the server.
