So, if you see 2.1.1 in subject of these emails, it really refers to
2.1.1-SNAPSHOT version as defined in the root pom.xml in the
branches/2.1 branch.
These are automatic tests run to verify that each branch still builds
and works fine as we make changes to all these three branches. That's
separate from the question of support. I think maybe we should have
more explicit discussion on what versions we do or don't support.
Btw, is the version without the -SNAPSHOT still confusing people?
Should we put the full version on the subject or maybe just the branch
name?
