Start with the postgres driver jar NOT in your geronimo repo
Start the db wizard, choose postgres XA
There is no driver.... so download postgres 8.1 driver
After download is complete, the wizard appears to be trying to use the generic
adapter, not the postgres specific one.
Starting over lets you deploy the postgres wrapper.
