Incase of G2.1, the urls used in site.xml are wrong
("runtimes/geronimo-tomcat6-jee5-2.1.0-bin.zip" instead of
"../../2.1/geronimo-tomcat6-javaee5-2.1-bin.zip") and after installing G, the
plugin is looking for wrong directory (geronimo-tomcat6-jee5-2.1.0 instead of
geronimo-tomcat6-javaee5-2.1)
