I think Ted is wanting us to add a pointer to the Eclipse setup info we already have, which tells how to setup Eclipse for correct Tab and code formating styles, ASF license headers, ... The type of things that contributors/commiters need, not Geronimo server runtime users.

 I took a shot at it, but did not appear to have permission to do so.
It's nice to describe the coding standards, but even better, I think,
to tell how to configure them IDEs that support it.
