Add support for non-Sun JVMs.
The IBM JVM needs a different cert handler setup.
Will also add initial Harmony support, which will need to be refined once the
TCK is running against it.
Will reuse the SystemProperties GBean, but extend it to support Sun vs. IBM vs.
Harmony specific property settings.
Will also add a JvmVendor class, to properly detect the JVM being used at
runtime.
