directory plugin

 !????? ./geronimo-directory/src/test/resources/server.xml
 !????? ./geronimo-directory-server/pom.xml

The pom.xml file needs a src license header. I'm going to add that.  
I'm not sure about the other two. Did they come from the directory  
project?

Still need to scan through the generated jars...
