Create a config/plugin similar to the Spring CAR which can be used to easily
include the Derby jarfiles in a minimal assembly or application without pulling
in the system-database CAR.
Will update the system-database, geronimo-derby and geronimo-timer to include a
depend on this new CAR, instead of listing specific Derby jarfile depends.
