Resolution: Fixed
It appears that the ZipEntry code cannot distinguish between a file and an
empty directory !!!
Aside from this truly amazing problem, implemented in rev 638129 for trunk and
rev 638131 for branches/2.1
So, you can't copy an empty directory out of a jar file.
