Added some lifecycle configuration similar to what's in the tools-maven-plugin
to the car-maven-plugin but adapted to the car-maven-plugin. Modified the
assembly archetype a little bit to match.
So the big change is there is a server-lifecycle packaging that automatically
calls the appropriate car-maven-plugin mojos without any configuration.
However you still need to configure the server-instances somewhere in the
ancestry of the pom.
