Right now i'm using the uninstallconfiguration(artifact) which is the procedure used to remove obsolete artifacts. I'll look further into the method to see what that entails. Thus far it seems to solve the starting issue, it seems to remove any remnants of the first failed install when starting the second plugin. I'll keep everyone updated.
