I've fixed the infinite loop in OpenEJB. So, deployment will not hang.
The loop only occurred if OpenEJB was not able to resolve the callback handler
method.
The fix will be part of the next OpenEJB release (e.g. 3.0.1) and should also
be fixed in Geronimo 2.1.2 and Geronimo 2.2.
