For whatever reason, I can't create a new DB Connection Pool for DB2 databases
(it may affect others, not sure), as the form tries to call the function
passwordElementsConfirm, which is not defined in the page, nor is it defined in
the file forms.js, which seems to be the only javascript file included in the
page.
Using Geronimo 2.1 (Jetty 6), JDK 1.5.0, all totally standard.
