this up, Dave what UID you used for shooting emails to SCM?
the other question that comes to my mind is, is SCM list monitored? any chance
these mails getting bounced back?

Is there a reason that this has changed? I think all change notices
should be going to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Confluence updates should be
treated the same as code updates...
