To enable blind people smoothly use admin console, all of part in the admin
console pages should be keyboard navigatable.
But in Debug Views pages, the object trees and tabbed content are not keyboard
navigatable, JAWS just read the portlet title and stop there, no keyboard
action could be used to enter the content.
The impact pages include:
Debug Views->JMX Viewer, LDAP Viewer, Classloader Viewer, JNDI Viewer,
Dependency Viewer
