When using scripts to dynamically change the page content, the dynamic change
should be described explicitly.
In the admin console, click through "Server->Monitoring->Add server", for
protocol field, if EJB checked, the port field will be automatically changed to
4201; if JMX checked, the port will be 1099. Such change should be described in
the head of this form to let blind people understand the context change.
Similar case also applied to LDAP connect info form, if Anonymous Bind checked,
the user DN will be grayed. This change should be described properly in text.
So far, I just found the two places have the problem.
