Yeah, there were a few things to fix.

A key point here is that InstallableRuntime.getFeatureVersion is the feature 
version, as the method suggests.  You have to look elsewhere to get the server 
version.  I started with InstallableRuntime.getPath, which is about the only 
other choice.

To use this version with other runtimes, they must be mentioned in various 
places.

Attached is a patch.
