Daniel updated GERONIMO-4077:
-----------------------------

    Description:
The DataPools Usage page provides useful information on how to configure the
server or its modules to work with a certain data pool (which is cool).

The page displays those configuration properties in bold that need to be set to
identifiers which are bound to this particular data pool, e.g. its ID or JNDI
name (which is also cool).

Apparently, one placeholder was thereby forgotten to replace: the
"jdbc/MyDataPool" value in the very first block is also printed in bold, but
doesn't contain the actual JNDI name for the data pool.

For consistency, I think either all placeholders should show the actual values
or none of them. If that's impossible, actual values and placeholders shouldn't
be printed with the same formatting.
