We did have a similar problem before, but a little different.  Previously the 
plugin installer had this failure when installing a plugin for the wrong 
container (ie-Installing a jetty configuration plugin in Tomcat and vise 
versa).  Checking to see if any changes have been reverted or canceled out.  Do 
you think it might be more appropriate to just re-open the other JIRA related 
to the container specifically?
