High contrast icons implemented for:
ClassLoader Viewer
JNDI Viewer
Dependency Viewer
Patch posted, pending that i am still verifying LDAP Viewer for high contrast
icons once i get a local DS setup. If no icons needed to be changed there, the
posted patch is final.
