Updated patch for this issue (for trunk only). Added an alias from
j2ee-system/car to online-deployer/car which ensures that right ServerInfo
gbean is passed around and its class is loaded only from one classloader.
However, that alias must be added to the online-deployer plan.xml and not any
*config.xml since the online deployer is loaded using the bootstrap loader
which does not read any *config.xml files and thus the gbean attributes cannot
be overridden,
