ServerInfo class has the Host name, Port etc details hard coded. This also
doesnt support old server versions which doesn't have the extra functionality
that was added by GERONIMO-4189.
I think using JMX would be a better approach for querying dynamic information
from server. I will investigate further about using JMX in GEP
