Hi Tim, This is how I have tested the second scenario.
1) Added 2 servers in Eclipse.
2) Shutdown eclipse.
3) Start server from command prompt.
4) Restart eclipse.
5) Both the Server instance in eclipse synchronizes with the one running
outside and shows started.
However it takes approximately 30 seconds to synchronize.
Please let me know if I have missed something in this scenario.
