See GERONIMODEVTOOLS-353 for remote server support. While there may be
instances where reading server config information may not work (as stated
above), it seems that it should work in the most predominate case of local
server. It also seems that GeronimoServerDelegate.setDefaults is where the
1099 and 8080 settings come from initially when defining a server, and they are
hard-coded values. So it seems that anything we can do to better set these
values is a good thing. We might put a note on the screen if we find settings
that suggest the values should be other than these defaults.
