Although I have to modify features.xml as suggested in the previous update.
"I was able to start the download for 2.1.1 only after making some changes in
feature.xml since site.xml does not have the entry for G 2.1.2 so renamed the
server in feature.xml to geronimo-tomcat6-javaee5-2.1.1.zip."
