When making updates to the documentation we should probably remove references
to the "ant script" we've been using for the past couple of releases. It was
originally created for when the end-user had to manually download 5 prereqs
from eclipse.org, and was a useful tool for speeding up those downloads.
However, now that we have only a single prereq it just seems to cause more
confusion relative to any benefits it provides.....
